How to Apply SSN

You can apply for an SSN card at the SSA office preferably within the 90 days or 2 weeks after your arrival in the US. You need to bring a valid or unexpired Arrival/Departure Record I-94 Form together with your passport. You need to go to this website: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/  You  just need to print the I-94 Form and the  SSN FORM  at   https://www.ssa.gov/forms/ss-5.pdf . And please don't forget to also bring your passport.

Before we get married we went to the county office and apply for the marriage license at the  vital records office and paid the Marriage License fee of $72. Remember that you both need to appear at the  County Clerk of the Superior Court’s office, and present valid I.D., and submit a marriage license application form.

FLIGHT TO THE USA

I left Manila, Philippines on October 12, 2015 via 2 hours lay over in Hongkong and Los Angeles. It was a long and tiring flight but it was worth it. IMMIGRATION AT THE PORT OF ENTRY: LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA When i get to the airport in Los Angeles, California I got interrogated by an officer. It's strange that he asked me if i was related to my husband's ex fiancee. Lol fastforward>>>>>>>>> I answered all the questions. While I was waiting for my flight to Phoenix my friend tour me around LA and I arrived in Phoenix, Arizona at 6 pm tired and happy! The first thing I GOT---- my favorite SEE's Candies. LOL

Track your Visa Status

You need your Manila Case Number to be able to check the status of your visa after the approval/interview. Go to   https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/ Enter your Manila Case Number; MNL___________. My visa was approved September 22, 2015. I have been checking the status online on September 24, 2015 Status was " Administrative Processing " - it means the embassy is processing your visa (stamp/delivery) On September 27, 2015 - The status is " Ready" And on September 30, 2015 - it was " ISSUED " Picked up the Passport/Visa at 2GO on October 1, 2015.

Best time to call is at around 9am to 10am Monday to Friday.       After you Log-in... Click CONTINUE.. And.. SELECT your Options and CONTINUE.. After updating your Delivery Address you will receive a CONFIRMATION..
